What we collect
The workspace may store account details, inbox configuration metadata, prospect records, website analysis, campaign prompts, generated email content, and conversation history needed to operate outreach workflows.
LeadFlow AI stores workspace, prospect, campaign, and messaging data so the product can discover leads, generate outreach, send messages, and track conversations. This page explains the basic data handling model for the current self-serve workspace release.
Effective date: April 20, 2026
The workspace may store account details, inbox configuration metadata, prospect records, website analysis, campaign prompts, generated email content, and conversation history needed to operate outreach workflows.
Data is used to power prospect discovery, message generation, email delivery, inbox synchronization, campaign analytics, and operational troubleshooting for the workspace.
The product can send data to connected providers such as AI, email delivery, mapping, and verification services when those integrations are enabled in workspace settings.
Data is retained in the active workspace until it is removed by the operator or deleted as part of account cleanup, support work, or product maintenance.
Access to workspace data is limited to authenticated users and the operators maintaining the service. No system can promise perfect security, but the product is designed to keep administrative setup, sending controls, and campaign execution inside authenticated surfaces rather than public endpoints.
Questions about data handling or deletion should be routed through the workspace support channel described on the help page.
